Please listen to us! The last days of talk radio a festival of gibberish
CNN was doing something last night about talk radio hosts, who were obviously thrilled to have some vague amount of relevance attached to them, if only for a few minutes between commercials.
The best line I heard, from Dennis Prager on immigration:
“Mexico never needs to address it’s own rampant corruption because they ship their poor to the U.S.”
Ah, the death throes of talk radio. My prediction is that eventually talk radio hosts won’t even bother to speak in sentences. They’ll just shout keywords: “Britney! Michelle Wie! Lesbians! Immigrants!”
Rush Limbaugh really picked a bad time to get off the junk. This should get ugly.
