$3.3 million worth of “illegal” pictures of John McCain that could ruin children’s lives

Preparing for his Bob-Dole-Like, Let-me-run-for-President-Before-I-Die campaign, Senator John McCain recently announced legislation designed to punish anyone on the Internet that posts any image that the U.S. Government decides is illegal.

From Yours Truly:

Millions of commercial Web sites and personal blogs would be required to report illegal images or videos posted by their users or pay fines of up to $300,000, if a new proposal in the U.S. Senate came into law.

In a speech on the Senate floor this week, the Arizona Republican and former presidential candidate warned that “technology has contributed to the greater distribution and availability, and, some believe, desire for child pornography.

Being that “illegal” is in the eye of the beholder, here are some images that are likely considered illegal, nasty, and could lead children astray. At $300K a pop, that makes my bill $3.3 million.

[…] Do you think there was actual confusion in the mind of Presidential hopeful John McCain when asked flat out if condoms could reduce the spread of HIV/AIDS. If McCain honestly couldn’t answer that - which he refused to, by the way - then he obviously is suffering from a learning disability of the type that requires his immediate expulsion from the U.S. Senate.
