Quote of the day
June 18, 2007 by William K. Wolfrum
“This is an administration that is very careful about obeying the law. We take it seriously. The White House legal counsel’s office takes it seriously.”
Tony Snow, on the fact that 88 members of the White House used RNC e-mail addresses, and that e-mails from 51 of them are gone, while the others have “major gaps” in the records.

“This is an administration that is very careful about obeying the law.”
And by “very careful” they mean they are very careful at parsing the language of law into meaninglessness so they can define their behavior as legal and do whatever they wish.
I refer you to the words of our assclown AG.
“there is no express grant of habeas in the Constitution.”
Yeah, just that the Government can’t suspend it except for invasion or rebellion.
It depends on what the meaning of the word “means” means.
