Bush Administration finally sets fire to the joint
Bush Administration Checklist:
1) Blow through budget surplus - 
2) Start unprovoked war with Iraq to steal their oil -
3) Take steaming crap on U.S. Constitution -
4) Make torture a national policy -
5) Burn down the White House -
6) Move to Paraguay - [Pending]
Almost done.

In defense of the Bush administration, the first one on the list was necessary in part to accomplish the 2nd one.
And I think they meant to take a dump in the White House and burn down the Constitution, but someone transposed words in the master plan. (Scooter?)
