Tony Snow dies at age 53

Former White House press secretary Tony Snow lost his battle with cancer and has died at the age of 53.

Knowing so many who have had cancer ruin or alter their lives, Snow’s death truly saddens me. My deepest sympathies go out to his wife and three children.

At just 53, death had no business coming for Snow. Aside from feeling saddened by his death, more than that, it reminds me of all of those out there fighting cancer and their families. It’s truly a reality check, I suppose, and my thoughts go out to all the families that have seen disease so fundamentally change, or put an end to, their lives.
