One-Liner: Obama’s rivals

Why is it that whenever Barack Obama speaks these days, a “rival” steps up to give a rebuttal designed to terrify American citizens? First Dick Cheney, and now Osama bin Laden. Can’t we go back to letting Bobby Jindal give rebuttals to Obama?
