Martin Eisenstadt libels me in his new book
August 27, 2009 by William K. Wolfrum
For those of you unaware, I spent part of 2008 scooping the mainstream media (by several months) and providing conclusive proof that Martin Eisenstadt was a grand hoax.
My reward – Getting libeled and being cast as the villain in his upcoming book. See for yourself:
This isn’t over. Not by a longshot.

Bill – I just watched that video, and I can’t believe you’re falling for their hoax again. I don’t think there IS a book. Look carefully at the “book” Eisenstadt is holding up at 0:16. It just looks like a cardboard cutout. You really think a prestigious publisher like Farrar, Straus Giroux would print a book by a fake author? C’mon, these guys do Thomas Friedman’s book. They’ve had 21 Pulitzer Prize winners. Are they really that gullible? The hoax IS the video. – Phil
The truly scary thing about Glenn Beck, aside from the truly scary quotes and videos posted, is that he admits he’s a stand-up comic or, at least, thinks he is.
Apparently this sails right over the pointy folded-foil beanies of the Beck Faithful — he tells them “I’m a joke” and they nod like Buddhist monks that he’s just kidding — divining ‘Zen Glenn,’ so to squeak. Somewhere I ran across a quote where Beck said anyone who believes him is an idiot. Well, yes they are, but they still hang around the stage door.
Whoops — posted this in the wrong comment section. This should have been in “Death Becomes Him.”
Actually, it works well here. Beck as a multi-year running hoax makes sense.
As to Marty:
If there is a book, I want a copy.
Thanks, for that, DGun. You’re right — Beck infects everything he’s near like a herpes virus.
Hey Bill…you’re not mentioned in that video clip. And that book probably does not exist. I think you think you’re more important than you really are.
My mistake. I watched the clip again and saw that the first four letters of your last name did appear for 1.5 frames. Wow. You really are something, after all.
[...] In response to this post about the infamous Martin Eisenstadt, Bagley had this to tell me: “Hey Bill…you’re not mentioned in that video clip. And that book probably does not exist. I think you think you’re more important than you really are.” [...]
