During the Foot Hood shootings he asked a woman living on the base: "What is a 'Dollar General'? " And asked a commander or someone else of authority on the base "What happens during a lock down? Take me through it." I'll answer both of those questions now, Wolf. A Dollar General is a store. During a lock down, the gates are closed and people are not allowed on or off.
