Can Shepard Smith last at Fox News until November?

At some point in the foreseeable future, that big pile of cash isn’t going to be enough to keep Shep at Fox News.

Holy sh*t, that is one of the funniest things I have seen in some time. If Fox’s Hurricane Katrina coverage didn’t push Shep away, I don’t know what will. I just remember him in N.O., having to argue with studio-jockey Hannity over the fact that, yes, people are dying and the government ain’t doing jack. I can’t believe he returned to that same studio afterwards. Does he really need his modicum of fame THAT badly?
I guess so.
And of course his most famous blowup over water-boarding.
The problem with Shep is that he has a bit of intellectual honesty about him.
