Agree with Mitt Romney? Then tell a Walmart employee to show some personal responsibility
September 18, 2012 by William K. Wolfrum
After Mitt Romney made it clear that he thinks 47 percent of the U.S. are lazy parasites, plenty of people applauded him for speaking the truth.
For those people, I ask you only this: The next time you go to Walmart – the nation’s largest employer and killer of Mom-and-Pop stores across the U.S. – and buy cheap crap made in China by slave labor, please tell every employee you encounter to show some personal responsibility for their lives. Because American tax payers are paying for most of them to work there, while Walmart’s owners are raking in insane profits.

I’m going to start harrassing people in restaurants, by going up to their tables and insisting that they show proof that they’ve worked for their food. I want to see scabs and scars and such! Or at least paper cuts (if you work in an office). If they don’t have proof of work, I’ll flip the table over, and insist that they “eat it off the floor, bitch!” (http://www.williamkwolfrum.com/2010/06/16/kfc-announces-new-eat-it-off-the-floor-bitch-promotion/)
It’s important to make sure everyone works for food. You can’t just give out food to people who need it. That’s wasteful! And, as the old saying goes, “Give a man a fish, and he’ll eat for a day. Humiliate him, dehumanize him, and force him to eat that fish off the floor, and he’ll learn to appreciate how good starving can feel in comparison.”
Sorry, but worked in a WalMart deli for 2 months. I had zero retail or deli experience in my background at all. But, I did have a post grad college degree. I needed a job very badly at that time and wasn’t too proud to work at a WalMart.
However, once it was discovered how much I was receiving as an hourly wage (which was higher than the deli manager), things turned nasty for me. It wasn’t that I worked harder at this job or was more skilled, it boiled down to my education and potential value to this company. The store manager would come by just to chat with someone (me) that didn’t just watch Nascar or tractor pulls.
So, these folks can work their fingers to the bone day in and day out, but until they show a tangible value…..they don’t honestly deserve the pay I receive(d). I worked 3 jobs and went to college on my own money, not grants or loans or scholarships or parents. And raised a child somewhere in there as well. It can be done and without a safety net or support system.
Artemis7299 gets to eat fish at the big kids’ table.
Oh heavenly constellations, may Willard Romney fulfill the prophesy of his clumsy self-destruction and may his GOPeer followers feast on the fumundu cheese of the 47%’ers, foreva and eva. Amen

So, $12.25 an hour?
